State Representative Rosemary M. Brown invites you to an Educational Seminar for Home Owner Association (HOA) Board members and their Residents on Saturday, April 8, 2017, from 9 a.m. to noon at Middle Smithfield Township, Schoonover Municipal Center, 147 Municipal Drive, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302.
In continuing her legislative efforts to strongly improve the way investigations and mediation complaints are handled in planned residential communities, State Representative Rosemary Brown has reintroduced House Bill 595 (formerly House Bill 1774) which would assign additional powers to the Office of Attorney General’s Bureau of Consumer Protection in regards to HOA complaints.
This event is focused on offering increased education to homeowner association board members and their residents on how to develop stronger methods of conflict management. The Community Association Institute (CAI) will give a presentation centered on Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADRs). This educational seminar can be a tool to help homeowner associations develop ADRs, adjust their ADRs and ensure systems are efficient, fair and effective.
RSVP is required call 570-420-8301 to reserve a seat. Seating will be limited.
