Pastor Don Lynch is the founder and senior pastor of Faith International Church. He studied management at the University of Illinois and also studied at the Christian Bible center and Institute in Bloomfield, NJ. While working in Philadelphia as a financial consultant, his company sent him to Monroe County, which he found to be the ideal place to relocate his family. He worked as an associate to pastor Dennis Bloom at Shawnee Tabernacle in Tobyhanna but felt at that time it was best for him to set up his own ministry and minimize his career in financing. In 2005, Pastor Donald Lynch, together with a few families, launched Faith International Church, a ministry that has grown to cater to over 450 members.
