Supervisor Dwyer Sworn In

Following his successful election in November 2013, Mike Dwyer is sworn in as Township Supervisor for a full six year term.

The ceremony began in the Monroe County Courthouse in Stroudsburg at 9:30 on Thursday, January 2nd, and involved the swearing-in of many elected officials across the county. Mike was one of several newly or reelected Township Supervisors to be sworn in and will continue to serve Middle Smithfield Township for six more years.

There are three township supervisors in Middle Smithfield Township. The election rotation is designed so that a different supervisor is up for reelection every two years. The next supervisor will be up for reelection in 2015.
