Middle Smithfield Township is a Township of the Second Class. The Township is governed by a three member board of elected supervisors. The Supervisors each serve a six year term. The terms are staggered on 2 year intervals, thus allowing for Board continuity.  The Board of Supervisors meets regularly once a month.  Please call the township office at 570 223-8920 or check this site for special meetings and changes in regular meeting times.
