Over a dozen locally-owned restaurants have joined together with Middle Smithfield Township and their Economic Committee for MST Restaurant Week 2016, offering diners such delicious deals as two for $10 (two lunches for $10), and two for $20 (two course dinner for $20 )
Come to any of the participating eateries (listed below) during the week of Saturday, April 9th until Sunday, April 17th. Restaurant Week is an opportunity for local residents and visitors to get out and try something new, and get a great deal at the same time. Stay
DELIGHT YOUR SENSES: Taste local food and wine, see local photography, and hear live music.
FREE FOOD SAMPLES: Restaurant Week will have A Kickoff Event with plenty of free food samples from featured restaurant paired with a free wine or craft beer sample on Friday, April 8th from 6:30pm until 8:30pm at Whispering Pines Banquet Hall. Also, in addition to having wine paired with food samples, Blue Ridge Winery will conduct a free wine tasting.
The Pocono Photo Club’s photo exhibit will have their Opening Reception of their month-long photography exhibit, “Hungry for Photography: Focus on Food” at that time. The exhibit will feature photography from local artists of the wonderful landscapes, wildlife, events and scenes of the Poconos, with a special section devoted to food photography and our local restaurants.
The evening will also have live, local music as a backdrop.
