Walking is one of the easiest ways to help promote good health. Walk with a Doc has partnered with the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), Geisinger, Pennsylvania Medical Society, and Pennsylvania Parks & Forests Foundation to advance wellness through nature during the month of September.

What is Walk with a Doc? It is a free community walking event where a local physician volunteers his/her time to speak with you about various health topics.  This is a community program encouraging healthy living through the most basic of exercises…walking!
