This is the bimonthly meeting of the Middle Smithfield Township Board of Supervisors. Bimonthly meetings of the Board of Supervisors take place on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at 7pm, unless otherwise indicated.

Middle Smithfield Township to Present 2024 Mid-Year Review, Highlighting Community Progress
Middle Smithfield Township is pleased to announce the annual Mid-Year Presentation for 2024 by the staff to the public will be Thursday, July 11th at 7pm, highlighting achievements of township departments and volunteer committees and ongoing initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
During the presentation, township staff and officials, together with the 2023 Person of the Year, Russ Fisher, will gather to review progress across various key areas. Highlights include advancements in infrastructure development, community engagement initiatives, and sustainability efforts, as well as a plaque presentation to the 2023 Person of the Year Russ Fisher and two finalists Sue Mahusky and Dr. Marilyn Brown.
Key accomplishments showcased during the Mid-Year Presentation will include:
• Infrastructure Improvements: The township has made substantial strides in upgrading roadways, ensuring safer and more efficient transportation networks for residents and visitors alike.
• Community Engagement: Middle Smithfield Township together with their Committees have fostered a robust environment of community involvement through various programs and events designed to bring residents together and encourage civic participation.
Furthermore, the presentation will also outline upcoming projects and initiatives planned for the remainder of the year, emphasizing the township's dedication to transparency, and continued progress and development.
