PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The Zoning Hearing Board of Middle Smithfield Township, Monroe County, PA, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at 5:30 PM, at the Middle Smithfield Township Municipal Building, 147 Municipal Drive, East Stroudsburg, PA 18302, to consider the application of Marcin Jaworoski, regarding PIN # 097309732301087638 situated at 107 District Lane, East Stroudsburg, PA in the R1 (Residential) Zoning District of Middle Smithfield Township. The applicant seeks a use variance and, as stated in the application, relief from “Chapter 200: Zoning (Adopted by the Board of Supervisors MST 12-9-2020 Ordinance No. 176 & amendments noted (there applicable) – in relation to a commercial use on the property known as “Fustercluck Farm”. All persons having an interest in this matter are invited to attend and make their views known at this time. Materials regarding this application may be examined at the Middle Smithfield Township Municipal Building during normal business hours, and on the date, time, and place of the hearing.
