Village Drive will be closed to all traffic beginning on Monday, June 12, 2023 through Friday, September 1, 2023. This is a tentative time frame and weather dependent, but it is always our goal to stay true to schedule.
During this time, all access to Country Club of the Poconos will need to use the entrance off of Sellersville Drive onto Pondside Drive. During this construction, we will be removing the current bridge, conducting excavation to the area and will be installing a new structure as well as then paving Village Drive from Tom X Road to Big Ridge Drive.
If you live in the townhomes you will have access to your parking area, we just ask that you use caution when in the area as there will be Middle Smithfield Township Public Works employees, outside contractors and machinery active on the site.
