Middle Smithfield Township has an annual agreement with the Stroud Regional Open Space and Recreation Commission (SROSRC) for residents to use the Dansbury Pool in Dansbury Park at the resident rate.
To obtain pool passes at the resident rate vs the non-resident rate, Middle Smithfield Township residents must first receive a voucher from the Township. Vouchers can be obtained by coming to the Township office at 147 Municipal Drive, completing a short form, and providing proof of residence in Middle Smithfield Township. Residents then may take their voucher to the pool to purchase pool passes at the resident rate.
Middle Smithfield Township usually receives information about the current year shortly before Memorial Day and are generally available between June and August each year. Vouchers are not available until the current year's vouchers have been received from SROSRC. Vouchers are only valid for the year in which they were issued. Residents must obtain a new voucher each pool season.

Dansbury Pool is owned by the Borough of East Stroudsburg and managed by SROSRC. The voucher program is provided as a service to the residents of Middle Smithfield Township in agreement with SROSRC. Pool questions (including hours and rates) should be directed to SROSRC. Dansbury Pool is not located in, owned by, or managed by Middle Smithfield Township.
